• Not misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Respect religious sentiments and temple guidelines

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

4. Service Booking and Confirmation

• Users can book pujas or services through the Devdisha platform.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation notification.
• Devdisha will coordinate with verified temple partners to perform the requested puja or service.
• Service timing may vary based on temple schedules, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Devdisha will make reasonable efforts to ensure services are performed as requested but does not guarantee exact timing due to religious or operational factors.

5. Payments and Pricing

• All payments must be made through authorized payment methods available on the platform.
• Prices for pujas, services, and products are displayed on the platform and may change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes, delivery charges, or service fees may be added during checkout.
• Devdisha uses secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

Users are responsible for ensuring correct payment details during transactions.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled puja or service begins.
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the nature of the service.
• Once a puja has been performed or materials have been prepared, refunds may not be available.
