Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Record and maintain customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved successfully.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
