Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.

 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the 24-hour deadline. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, except in instances of extreme weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of the tour.

 Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if a cancellation is made within the 24-hour deadline.

Process for Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at support@devdisha.com.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Devdisha reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, acts of God). In such cases, a full refund will be provided. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations resulting from personal reasons, such as illness or missed flights.
